If you’re registered with this site, you can change the information you’ve provided to us in the registration section of the site. If you prefer, you can cancel your registration altogether. Please note that in certain circumstances, Suncore may not be able to completely remove your information from its systems. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users that are residents of California to request certain information regarding Suncore’s disclosures of personally identifiable information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. This information can be provided in a standardized format. Response to the request must be provided within 30 days. Suncore is not obligated to respond to more than one request in any given calendar year. Businesses with fewer than 20 employees are exempt.
