Individual Whole-Wheat Cinnamon Banana Pudding

In a medium saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, milk and salt. Stir well with a whisk.
Cook the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken (about 15 minutes).
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla and cinnamon. Set aside.
Place 1 WhoNu?

Vanilla Wafer Cookie on the bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. (We recommend buying the cups that are lined with foil.)
Place 3 banana slices on top of the cookie.
Pour pudding over the cookie and bananas, filling each muffin liner about 3/4 full.
Banana puddings can be eaten hot, or chilled and eaten cold later. Yummy topped with whipped cream!
